- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the clients needs and the services being requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with new clients over the phone or in person. This conversation will allow me to get a better understanding of your vision and needs for your event. Once I gather all this information I will generate a proposal with a total for the client to view. If this proposal is accepted we will proceed into the design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a supervisor overseeing catering/events within my hospital. I have also taken event design courses.
