After first working with a large, regional provider for repairs I contacted Lumen for a second opinion. Mark walked me through my options for repairs as well as a replacement for the furnace itself. His quote for a replacement was half the price that the other company had offered. He and his team were here the next morning and a few hours later I had a new furnace for a great price. I highly recommend Lumen and I'll be going back to Mark for any future HVAC needs."See more

By the end of the day, I received the estimate from his office and scheduled. He was one of 3 HVAC professionals I contacted. Tom arrived on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. He was courteous, professional, and I felt he was trustworthy (which is why I chose him among the others) from estimate and throughout the installations. I am more than satisfied with the services I received. Also, I was having a difficult time finding a plumber and he offered to have a plumber from his company come out to provide an estimate. Nabil was also polite and professional. I scheduled him for the plumbing work which I needed completed such included changing a waste line, installing a sump pump, repairing a dryer vent.
