It was a total reno: removal of a non-load bearing wall that separated a prior finished half of the attic to open up the space, insulation, eucalyptus/bamboo flooring, shiplap, window/skylight trim, knee walls, outlets and a ceiling fixture. Rick was incredibly responsive to my desire to retain a rustic look and be as eco friendly as possible. He took out the remnants of old original oak flooring and initially I only was going to place it on the back wall as an accent. It was his suggestion to also use it in another area and it looks amazing. They were always on time, incredibly neat (they had the challenge of protecting previously installed white carpet!) and worked quickly, but thoroughly. It was a pleasure to have such a polite and considerate crew for such a detailed job. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm sorry the photos are sideways!"See more
