- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free in-home estimates with no obligation. The price of a carpet or stair runner project depends on the measurements, carpet choice, padding, staircase or room layout, and whether existing materials need to be removed. We visit the space and take measurements before providing a quote so you can make a decision based on your actual project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project and scheduling a free in-home estimate in New Jersey. At the visit, we measure the room or staircase, look at the existing flooring, and bring samples if you’re shopping for new carpet or a stair runner. We explain the options and provide a quote for the project. If you choose to move forward, we order any needed materials, schedule the installation, complete the work, and clean up the work area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the carpet business. My work has included helping customers choose carpet, measuring rooms and staircases, preparing spaces for installation, fitting carpet, and installing stair runners. Each project brings different materials and layouts, and that practical experience helps me plan and complete the work carefully.
