- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer deals on initial cleanings especially for essential / frontline workers who remained on-the-job during the pandemic. And I also offer discounts to those who have given back to other small businesses in their communities (e.g. when customers share a receipt from dining out, a hair or nail salon visit, a stop at their favorite small coffee shop, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultations and estimates can be done in person (preferably) or via video app. Once we find out size, layout, and other important features and nuances that can be discovered with a thorough conversation, I can provide an estimate for first-time "deep" cleanings which take more time, products, and attention; and then subsequent "maintenance" sessions. Price also varies by weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly frequency, or any interruption.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coronavirus HCTL training with Bruce Vance; CBF maid business consultation program membership; and perfect maintenance cleaning training, to maximize the time and value of each session.
