Kate was outstanding, I am thrilled with the resume and cover letter; even though Kate wrote them, they both reflect my style and voice. Kate took my rambling three page British curriculum vitae and turned it into a condensed, to the point 2 page American resume without losing any of the pertinent information. Kate kept in communication with me throughout the process, asking questions to help her channel my voice, informing me of her progress. This was not my first effort trying to use a content writer and I had a negative opinion of all content writers after my first experience. Tony generated a very professional resume. He formatted it so that it looked great both on the printed page and on screen. Tony spent time on the phone with me gathering the salient points--education, experience, skill sets, honors and awards, publications, etc., then drafted a resume which I was able to review and edit as needed. Happily, Tony did such a great job displaying and emphasizing my credentials that I did not have to change anything! I was invited to participate in both phone screenings and in-person interviews. Tony acted as job coach to prepare me for those events through role playing exercises where he was the interviewer and I was the interviewee. During these sessions, Tony helped me become aware of my phone presence, made suggestions regarding my delivery, and recommended that I stay on topic when answering questions, yet expand to emphasize my expertise in the field, when necessary.
