Lam did a great job refinishing our deck, quick response, they sanded the deck, painted, applied masking tape to keep the paint neat, honest answers to all my questions, fast job, good workmanship and fair price. He even fixed some damage to the garage floor lip concrete. Would recommend.

This is a rave review for Promea Construction. Lam and his crew expertly removed and anchored our stoop railings. In addition, he made repairs to our bottom step where it attaches to the paving stones on our walkway. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Lam was extremely professional, easy to deal with and obviously proud of his work. I heartily recommend Promea Construction for your masonry and roofing needs.

Promea were chosen to make repairs to the brickwork on our front steps, making them safe, functional and to look OK. Lam is honest and thorough. We had him repair the concrete mortar on the outside of an old stone Tudor home and could not be happier with the results. Would contract with Promea again.
