Lou from same day is the man. He came on time and inspected my project. He took took pictures of my problems and told me how he would fix them. He came on time to do the repairs and everything went well. He left when he was finished and the area was cleaner than when he got there.

From start to finish, the representative (Joe) kept asking for more money to fix what he called, unforeseen problems. The original proposal was $800. Final cost was $8k and he wanted more money from me until I advised him that was all I could give. Neither of us were happy at that time!
