- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive, and we’re always transparent. Every job is different, so we offer free estimates based on what needs to be done — no hidden fees or surprise charges. We also offer discounts for seniors, veterans, and occasionally for repeat or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a quick call or message to understand what you’re looking for. Then we schedule a time to come out, assess the job, and give you a free estimate. Once everything’s agreed upon, we get you on the schedule and handle the rest — safely and efficiently. We also check in afterward to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most importantly we are licensed by state of New Jersey Board of Tree Experts (BTE) My team and I have decades of combined hands-on experience. Over the years, we’ve gone through training on proper safety techniques, equipment operation, and tree biology. We keep up with the latest tools and best practices to make sure every job is done right and done safely.
