- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is contingent upon a number of factors such as the services desired, the number of children participating and the location of the event. Occasionally, promotional discounts are offered as well as reduced rates for non-profit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach to working with new customers is to provide them with the same level of courtesy, professionalism and respect as I have with all of my existing customers. Every customer is appreciated and never taken for granted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My beginnings in the arts began when I was a child. I received vocal and theatre training in school and was very artistic. My first exposure to clown arts began in 1993 when I first worked alongside and trained with a Ringling Bros. Clown College Graduate named Juggles the Clown.
