FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the actual scope of work, materials, and doing the job correctly—not cutting corners. We provide clear, detailed estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for. No hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. For repairs, pricing depends on the extent of the issue. For full replacements, we price based on size, materials, and any underlying damage. We occasionally offer discounts for larger projects or when combining multiple services, but our focus is delivering long-term value—not just being the cheapest option. A properly done job saves you money in the long run by avoiding repeat repairs.
