- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are very competitive. You can bring your computer to me, or I can come to you. Different rates apply for on-site repairs. If you have a desktop computer, all I need is the tower. If it's a laptop, I need the laptop and power cord. I also offer remote repair services for established customers. Remotes allow me to repair your computer through the internet.
