I couldn't be more pleased with this Company. Ferelle was our technician. He arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and helpful and above all else, knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to diagnose our repair just by hearing the sound our almost 20 year old Kenmore refrigerator was making. He also had the part we needed on hand and began making the repair immediately, which solved our problem. The pricing was excellent and the initial diagnostic fee was applied toward the cost of the repair. He saved us from having to make an unnecessary and costly purchase of a new refrigerator which otherwise was working fine. I would most definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend these professionals to anyone. Thank you! Vickie
