C&A were phenomenal! They did amazing work! Brought my house back to life i literally cried They had to rebuild our steps, it did cost more than the initial cost but we didn’t know how badly damaged the steps were under the carpet. This team reassured us that they could fix it. As you can see below they did amazing! They also painted. This team gave us an estimate prior to working, it was reasonable. Carlos came out and measured and gave us the recommended floor brand to use. We will be using this team for any future projects.

Carlos provided a fair estimate for the kitchen flooring project and offered helpful suggestions. Once the work began, his team carefully sealed off the kitchen from the rest of the house, as well as key areas within the kitchen. The project involved removing ceramic tile and installing new porcelain tile, which was a labor-intensive process. His team worked diligently over five days, completing the project on time. After giving the last payment, we shook hands, and everything seemed in order. However, the next day, I noticed that the grout around the edges of two tiles had started to crack. I sent Carlos some photos, and he promptly offered to come by the next day for a touch-up. He arrived as scheduled and addressed the issue. Unfortunately, two days later, the grout in the same area began opening up again. I reached out once more, and Carlos again offered to fix it the next day. This time, he removed the faulty tile and reinstalled it properly. Since then, I haven’t had any issues and I am very happy with the final product. Its very rare that contractors come back not once, but twice to address an issue after receiving payment. Hats off to Carlos for his professionalism, work ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely be calling him for my next flooring/tile and home improvement project.
