Leo was great. We had some problem with creaky floors in our very old house. We didn't want to replace the floors cause we loved the old hardwood floors we had. We contacted a bunch of floor guys on thumbtack but everyone only wanted to work on it if we are replacing and refinishing the whole floor. Leo gave us multiple options including nailing it down. So far, it has alleviated the problem. Throughout the process, Leo was very communicative and on the day of, he was punctual and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and was very respectful. We are definitely going to use them again. In fact we are talking to them about replacing the carpets with wooden floors.
