Franco did a great job with my floors. I hired him to polyurethane my floors and help match some new flooring to my existing floor. He was very professional and ensured the stain matched perfectly. After he completed the job, the mailman put mail through my slot during the drying process, which caused damage to my floors. I notified Franco, and he was kind enough to come back and fix the floors. I highly recommend him.

After thinking we’d be able to DIY our 2nd baby’s nursery, we ran out of time. My husband was able to paint the room and pull up the carpet but we needed someone to lay down new hardwood floors that transitioned smoothly from the hallway, which was already wood. After reaching out to a few people on Thumbtack, Franco called me almost immediately to discuss our project, understand the details, and provide us with a quote and start date. He was extremely professional and personable on the phone and his team started the project the following day. The work was done very timely and with great attention to detail and we could not be happier with the outcome as the floor looks perfect. The quality of the service and work as well as the professionalism and clear communication at all times was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Superior Hardwood Flooring to anybody looking to have their floors done. They were very responsive, professional and fair. They truly worked with us within our budget and timeline and they were very good about communicating with us at every stage of the project.
