This contractor prioritizes a quick payout over professional integrity, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability and negligence. Less than a year after installation, our patio began to fail structurally, with the edges buckling and the substandard concrete work crumbling. Despite an initial attempt to “fix” the issue with empty assurances, the damage returned rapidly and is now worse than ever.
The negligence is further compounded by a failure to adhere to standard regulatory procedures and industry codes. By bypassing the necessary oversight and formal requirements, the contractor avoided the professional scrutiny that would have ensured a safe and durable installation. Instead of taking responsibility for these clear defects, he has resorted to gaslighting us with fabricated claims about environmental factors to deflect from his own incompetence.
We have since consulted multiple reputable local contractors, all of whom expressed shock at the poor quality of the work. Despite our persistent efforts to reach a fair resolution, the contractor has refused to stand behind his work. What was supposed to be a home improvement is now a dangerous liability. If you value professionalism and a contractor who respects industry regulations and takes ownership of their results, look elsewhere. This business specializes in shifting blame and leaving homeowners to pay for their mistakes.

Eraldi and his crew built a paver patio at our new home and did an amazing job. They came to give us an estimate the same day I reached out and we’re able to get started on the project the day after.
It was 3 days from the time I reached out to the time the project was completed. They went above and beyond and we could not be more happy with the results. Eraldi was also able to give us some great recommendations on other things we are considering doing.
They worked quickly and the quality of the work is exceptional. Our neighbors saw the results and instantly decided to do the same thing.
I highly recommend Eraldi and his crew for any projects you may have!

First, this is a family owned business and I love supporting these sorts of business.
The owner Eraldi was every informative and patient and very much a people person.
He was always upfront about cost and his opinions around pavers, fixtures, color pallet, etc. We worked very well together throughout the lifespan of the project. Once we settled on the work, he provided a project plan with estimates, milestones and completion times.
Throughout the project he kept me very informed on progress and was very upfront about any issues that was discovered during the renovation. His ideas around how to get around those issues and still keep cost manageable was always spot on.
I was and still am extremely satisfied with all the work he and his team was able to do.
I would certainly recommend Agolli Construction to anyone doing a remodeling.

I hired Agolli Construction to do my back deck. They were professional, timely, and the work is amazing. I could not be happier with the results and the prices are better than anywhere else I researched. My friend is also doing her deck with them and she is very happy so far.
