Mike and his team were super responsive when we reached out about a leak in our roof. He and his team prioritized our repair within 48 hours, and at an affordable price. He did not try to oversell us on a complete roof replacement or a bunch of extras. We really appreciate how kind, professional, and efficient working with Ideal Home Improvements was. Hopefully we won’t need to contact them for a long time, but we know who to call for any roof issues in the future. Thanks again, guys.

We had an old roof and had another company do patches and repairs but when Mike came, he showed up how bad the initial work was and how bad the repairs were. He came with a plan to fully repair, reconfigure and fix our problems so that we won't have any future issues. His crew came on time and the work in 3 days. We are very happy with the results and the communication throughout the whole process. For the amount of work that was done, we feel the cost was very reasonable.Thank you all Ideals crews

After heavy rain last weekend , the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I contacted Ideal Roofing and Mike inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me.He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc.Mike and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. It was quite a big job and I was impressed everything was completed within 4 days.I would highly recommend Ideal Roofing for quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

Excellent experience with Ideal Roofing from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help.Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
