We bring of dedicated CARING artists and professionals into the private event world. In private events such as weddings, Bar mitzvahs, Sweet 16s and the like, the level of commitment to excellence means that the company is able to transfer their love of music, dancing, entertaining and simply life into creating joy for you and your guests. One would think that this is what all DJs and entertainment companies would do, but being on the inside for over 20 years, I can tell you from experience that it's simply not the case. Many professionals are working because they can do it and get paid. Not because they love it. The attitudes and positive natures of each person, artist and staff member has an affect on your event. If a person comes into your space and doesn't really care about being there, but just does what's necessary for the job, that energy is FELT by people. On the other side of the coin, those whose enthusiasm and excitement in sharing their love and joy in bringing out the best in your guests is ALSO felt. But in a way that enhances and creates an opportunity for something magical to take place. That combination of real people with heart who are talented artists is exactly what you as a person creating an experience for your guests wants. This is the combination and chemistry that allows magic to happen and gives you a chance to have a truly top 10 lifetime experience. This is how I have selected my team, my talent and my staff. Because I've experienced that magic too many times at events to settle for less. And I know that one person with the wrong agenda can puncture that fine building perfection. So at LSNY I have created a company based on delivering the goods over the words. We simply would not have made it 20 years if we did not do that. I love seeing the emotion and sheer joy in our clients faces. I love the hugs and the sometimes speechless happiness after the event for what we were able to help bring to their day. I love getting a letter or phone call saying this was "the Best Party I've ever been to". Or "This was the best party any of my guests have been to." Most fulfilling which has happened on 12 ocassions since we began: "This was the greatest day of my life". I mean for most of us life is not a picnic. We work hard, and take care of our families. We wonder if what we're doing will mean something to someone. We all long to matter. I'm greatful to matter. To know that my company gives SO much of themselves to these clients, to their guests. It's overwhelming to see how much they give of themselves. And yes their getting paid, but to go that far...that's not about money. That's about wanting that feeling to know that their contribution may have brought one of the best experiences ever felt to these guests and our clients. That's what motivates us. That's what we love and why we do it.
