What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. We love helping clients bring their vision to life while maintaining reasonable prices.
2. Early bookings (at least 2 months prior the event) are eligible for discount.
3. The more items you order, the greater is Bundle discount.
4. 15 to 20% service fee is applied to any order for design, delivery, installation and breakdown.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. All customers send us their event details and inspiration.
2. We prepare a quote within 1–2 days.
3. 50% deposit or full payment (if last minute booking) is required to secure the date.
3. Once booked, we create a complimentary mockup (graphic design), and send it to the customer for review and approval.
4. Balance payment is due 2 weeks before the event.
