Klev came out faster than expected for a low priority job, was upfront that the work wasn’t necessarily but that he would do it if I wanted the repair done. After discussing pricing which was quite reasonable I asked to proceed with the work. He informed me of how long it would take to get parts for the work and set good expectations on when he’d be back to do the repair. On the day of, he was communicative, finished the work quickly and professionally, and was willing to answer all my questions. Would not hesitate to hire again.

He responded quickly and told me $150 for the job and then he charged me $200 and didn't give me the promised 10% discount. He arrived quickly. He installed the new toilet and did a great job. He was very efficient since he knew what he was doing. He was very clean and neat. Didn't leave one little thing to pick up.
