Genti was my saving grace on a holiday weekend when we woke up to water all over our kitchen floor. He came within two hours of contacting him and immediately identified the problem. He kindly got us a new faucet and navigated through lots of additional fixes and problem solving with our poorly constructed sink counter and spacing. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, kindness, and his tremendous skill set for a challenging repair.

Eriglent was super responsive and came to review my plumbing issue. Unfortunately I did not have the correct parts (my fault as I assured him I did) for him to fix my leak. He advised me in person which parts to orded. Since he had already made the trip, I asked if he could fix another issue - a loose sink faucet.
