Ermal was fantastic! He responded right away, arrived earlier than expected, and got straight to work. The drain clog was extremely stubborn, but he spent hours working through it and never gave up until the job was done. He also replaced the bottom strainer because it was leaking and with everything gave a reasonable price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to share helpful tips to prevent future issues. He cleaned after himself continuously which is a rarity. I'm very grateful I found Ermal and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.

I would like to share a positive experience we had working with Ermal from Plumber Service Blue ALB. Ermal responded to our request very quickly and came to our home. He provided a fair estimate for the work and agreed to complete it that very day—even though it was a Saturday. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet. Ermal did an excellent job, despite the fact that the task required extra effort (the old faucet was difficult to remove, and the sensor for the new one wasn't working, so we couldn't use it). Ermal took the initiative to drive to Home Depot to pick up a new faucet and soap dispenser. Afterward, he installed them perfectly. Thank you for the excellent work, Ermal!
