I hired Erald to replace my aging porch flooring which had started to sloped down and chipped. Erald gave an affordable quote and installed new joists and new tracks. He did an excellent job and completed the project quickly. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. ERALD and his construction team on a repair job for my deck, and I can confidently say I’m absolutely thrilled with the result.
The deck had a rotted joist that was compromising both the stability and the floorboards. I had reached out to several deck repair companies beforehand, but their quotes were astronomical compared to the very reasonable rate Mr. Earld and his team offered.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical such a competitive quote made me wonder about the quality and service. But those doubts quickly disappeared. Mr. ERALD personally inspected the deck, pointed out a few additional areas for improvement (which he included at no extra charge), and offered to begin the very next day, promising to complete the work in just one day, while others had quoted multiple days.
True to his word, the team arrived promptly and completed the job within the day. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows.
I will absolutely be using Mr. Eralds services again and won’t hesitate to recommend him to others. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish.

We contacted a few contractors after one of our deck railings came loose. Erald was the first to show up and quoted a very reasonable price for the repair.
The deck was in disrepair since we knew we'd have to tear it out in a few years for other reasons, but we were curious what it would cost for a full round of repairs, sanding, and painting to at least enjoy it until it has to come out. That quote was also very reasonable, so we decided to go with the larger job.
Erald secured the railing, replaced rotted boards, and sanded and painted the entire deck. The deck now looks like new, and we’re happy we decided to go with the more comprehensive fix.
