- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No charge for stairs. No charge for long carry. No charge for added stops. Hourly rates include, men, truck, furniture disassembly/reassembly and protective padding. 2 Men & 16ft Truck = $150.00 per hour 3 Men & 16ft Truck = $200.00 per hour 3 Men & 26ft Truck = $250.00 per hour We have a 3 hour minimum. (2 hours labor plus 1 hour travel fee)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we perform a free on-site estimate or schedule a phone call to discuss details. We never pressure our customers to book throughout the process. Our quotes are transparent in order to avoid confusion or any surprises on the move date. After customer agrees on pricing, our team will draw up a moving contract that will be sent to the customers email for them to confirm and sign electronically. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of experience in the field. Specialize in piano/pool table moving, long distance, local & commercial moving.
