All my price structure is from $25 / $95 per person. But the cost factor for catering depends on your menu selections and guest count.
I have a very small overhead and I can give you a cost lower then some other caterers. My reviews speak for my quality of food that I serve.

Chef Anton and Denise capped off summer for our family by providing us with an excellent quality/quantity meal…Amazing appetizers, homemade Caesar salad, prime rib, king crab, parm crusted potatoes, asparagus and peach cobbler with home made ice cream to finish the night. The pair worked through a random power outage in a hot kitchen and didn’t sweat any of it. After a long summer of hosting others, it was so nice to kick our feet up and let them cook for us. Thank you for a lovely evening. Would highly recommend!

Chef Anton and his servers were great. The food was amazing, service was perfect and all the guests were raving about the food taste and quality. They came on time, were exceptionally professional and left the kitchen area better than they found it. Many guests requested business cards and we will use Chef Anton again.

I apologize for not writing a review back in 2022. A lot was happening then. Chef Anton was wonderful. He did exactly what he promised. He took all the worry and planning out of Thanksgiving 2022 …..and I had a large group (@30 people). The biggest hit was the cheesesteak egg rolls and THE DIPPING SAUCE, amazing!
I highly recommend Chef Anton. He is very accommodating and gets the job done!!

I hired Anton to cater our kids birthday party. We hosted 35 children and 70 adults. Anton was wonderful with menu suggestions and the food was exceptional. For appetizers we had shrimp shooters, pork dumplings (that were the best I've ever had), and brushetta. Everyone raved about all of them! For the kids we had chicken fingers and sweet and sour meatballs. For dinner we had a mixed green salad, chicken parm, meatballs, sausage, and penne a la vodka. Anton made an assortment of cookies for dessert that were phenomenal. Guests all commented on how delicious everything was.
Anton and the two servers were professional and left our kitchen spotless. They packed up the leftovers and put everything away. I would highly recommend Anton to any friend. We will certainly be using him again! I'm craving the dumplings!!!

We have very affordable pricing, we can put all of our efforts into high-quality food since our overhead is much lower than other caterers. Our menus can always be adjusted, feel free to contact us for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Superb quality food and service at affordable prices for the customers needs and wants for their affair. Also listening to the customer suggestions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always reading cookbooks and magazines. I have friends in restaurants that have me cook during their dinner service as well. I'm always learning and never lacking in knowledge.
