Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the home, condition, and type of service requested. We provide clear estimates with no hidden fees. First-time deep cleans may be priced higher due to the extra time involved. We offer discounted rates for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Any add-ons like interior windows, inside appliances, or special requests are discussed upfront before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review the customer’s needs and details of the property. Then we provide a clear estimate with no hidden fees. Once approved, we schedule the service and confirm everything ahead of time. On the day of service, we complete a thorough cleaning based on the agreed scope and follow up afterward to ensure satisfaction. If it’s recurring service, we set up a consistent schedule that works best for the client.
