- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be tailored to your specific event. It can be done per person, per tray or per event. There are no additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with personal contact over phone or email to discover the details of your event. We will work with you to customize the menu to your liking, from appetizers and entrees to desserts and drinks. We offer drop off pricing to catered event with the options of both set up and clean up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience consists of 30 years in the restaurant food service industry as both chef and management. I have also spent 5 years as owner and head chef of Gourmet Express Market in Hawthorne, NJ.
