Working with Yahya could not have been any easier than if he lived in my house! I reached out via Thumb Tack on Thursday, I only reached out to Yahya based on his reviews. Yahya responded immediately. I explained my project and we agreed he would arrive on Saturday (yes 2 days later) to repair my guest closet shelf and hanging unit. Yahya arrived a little later than anticipated with Khalid and got to work right away. Yahya explained what the issue was with my first installation and offered an economical solution for the fix. His explanation made complete sense. His recommendation would be sturdier and more appropriate than what was there to begin with. They set off to work and finished the job in about 2 hours. They were a pleasure to work with and really cared that I was happy with their work. I plan to recommend them to all my friends. I now have a fully functional guest closet and won't have to worry about clothes or the unit coming off the walls. Thank you for a job well done.
