- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?- First Time customers get 10 - 15% discount is they have 3 or more projects that we can agree upon that can take place within 60 days. - Jobs that are budgeted for 500+ include free revisions. - There is a hourly cost for photo research. - There is set pricing for powerpoint presentations. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My Process is as follows: - Fill out my design questionnaire - Phone Conference to discuss answers and client ideas. - Confirm timing and set schedule to directly review rounds of designs. - Sign a contract - Client provides an initial deposit to me. - Design begins after signed contract and initial deposit is completed. I then generate first round of designs - I usually include revisions. I submit designs to client with detail email explaining design choices and what works best. I also do a phone call. - Repeat above until complete. - Depending on how many items client needs. Contract will communicate agreed milestones for me to achieve to obtain any other installments. - One final design is approved by client - client sends final installment. - I release all requested file types to client upon receiving final installment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's Degree in Design Arts from a top university in PA. I also have 10+ years in the field. I'm subscriber to about 6 design magazines and I follow Print, HOW and Communication Arts religiously among many others on twitter.
