- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every painting job differs it is quite impossible to give exact prices without actually physically seeing the project or detailed pictures of the project. Every project is different as in the amount of preperation needed, the specific finish the client wants and a host of other variables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first make contact with a new customer I try to gain as much information as I can about the project so I can fully understand their expectation of the finished project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone an accredited four year apprenticeship program which was based on trade school attendence and on the job training. It is a City and Guilds certification process that would be more widely recognized in Ireland and the UK . I also have more than ten years experience in high end painting in the Ny/Nj area.
