1RP called me right after I sent the request. It was made clear to me upfront that there will be $79 initial assessment fee. Given the nature of the request, I still accepted it. Then a technician arrived on time in the afternoon and quickly found out the issue which is about the appliance but not plumbing. I was about to send the payment for the assessment, but surprisingly I was told the fee is waived. So to sum up, very efficient, professional and pleasant experience working with 1RP.

Chris tackled a difficult plumbing issue with professionalism and care. I had a very old sink faucet and needed to adapt it for a portable washer. It was a lot more involved than it appeared. Chris expertly figured out a work around, repaired old valves, and got the job done!
