The 60-minute massage session with Shaka was fantastic. I signed up for the non-standard massage procedure (Option 2 in the Consent form) and it was extremely effective, providing a whole body deep tissue massage and emphasizing areas that were very tight, particularly my shoulders. Shaka was very professional and attentive during his massage treatment, making sure I was feeling comfortable and that the level of pressure was appropriate.
Shaka (who is also a personal trainer besides a massage therapist) also provided me with some great tips on what back muscles to strengthen in order to better align my chest and shoulder muscles. This massage was wonderful and very therapeutic, I highly recommend it for those of you who will feel comfortable with the non-standard option. I would like to go back again for another session. Thanks a lot Shaka!

Holistic body care is by far the most trusted massage treatment facility to go to when in need of body work related to specific health issues. Joseph Shaka has an in-depth knowledge of holistic body treatments that incorporate herbal supplements and aromatherapy within the specific muscle and ligament acupressure massage that appropriately target the ailments and help resolve it. His over-a-decade practical experience is hard to come by in a generic massage facility and I would wholeheartedly recomend Hilistic Bodycare Hoboken to anyone with serious determination to resolve health issues in a natural and body conscious ways.

Shaka totally understand and is in harmony with the body. I am thankful every time he works on me. Magic happens and I feel the best I was created to be. He is always on time and completely ready to work. He has come to my home and to my work. The most exciting events I have done for my busines was when he came to my store and did massages for my customers. They were all thrilled and felt great after the time they spent with Shaka.
