Introduction: I have a PhD in physics and a strong background in mathematics. I have been working as a college professor for almost ten years, have taught from private universities to community colleges, from undergraduate to graduate levels, and currently on my way getting my tenure. Therefore, I have a wide range of experience in teaching students with different backgrounds and different age groups. Meanwhile, I have been tutoring for almost twenty five years. I do not tutor in groups. Instead, I work individually with each student according to his/her needs... I can help in many science related subjects (physics, chemistry, astronomy, etc) , in math (calculus, algebra, trigonometry, geometry, etc ) at any level as well in standardized tests (COOP, GRE, SAT I and II, ACT, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT and more). You tell me what you need to achieve, how much time we have, and I will have a program for you to help you. I also have a bachelor degree in education. Therefore, I was a teacher before I became a professor. This means that I know how to approach each student to teach them well according to his/her personality as well as his/her capacity to learn. Moreover, having over twenty years of experience in teaching helps me to do my job even better. I split my time between Hoboken, NJ and Sag Harbor, LI.
