Kevin was amazing to work with. He avoids negative pressure and uses positive reinforcement, creating a motivating and enjoyable experience. I deal with a lot of old injuries so I especially appreciated that he focused on proper form, giving me not only increased strength but confidence. He adapts his workouts to fit specific needs, always ensuring safety and progress. I feel that his approach leads to sustainable results and an enjoyable fitness journey. He is a great trainer!

Kevin is amazing. Attentive, responsive and flexible with scheduling when my schedule sometimes isn’t. He suggests different exercises that work with you as an individual and is always positive and upbeat. He’s a five star trainer!

I hesitated when looking for a personal trainer however, I quickly learned I found one of the best ones out there. Kevin is not only an excellent instructor, he is a diligent student - constantly educating himself on the human body so he can bring his knowledge and expertise to each session. He remains focused and works with you to achieve your ultimate goal. In the past two years, I have not had a single session that is the same as the one before and he always brings something new to the table which not only pushes you, but also makes the workouts more interesting. Outside the gym, I have contacted him with questions and he is quick to respond (with references!) on what needs to be done. He is the ultimate professional and I feel lucky to have worked with someone as smart and dedicated as him!

Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and being more aware of my postures along with the streches Kevin taught me, my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are mostly gone these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.
