I hesitated when looking for a personal trainer however, I quickly learned I found one of the best ones out there. Kevin is not only an excellent instructor, he is a diligent student - constantly educating himself on the human body so he can bring his knowledge and expertise to each session. He remains focused and works with you to achieve your ultimate goal. In the past two years, I have not had a single session that is the same as the one before and he always brings something new to the table which not only pushes you, but also makes the workouts more interesting. Outside the gym, I have contacted him with questions and he is quick to respond (with references!) on what needs to be done. He is the ultimate professional and I feel lucky to have worked with someone as smart and dedicated as him!

Personal Training

Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and being more aware of my postures along with the streches Kevin taught me, my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are mostly gone these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.

Exceptional trainer. Consistently provides challenging workouts which are tailored to your specific goals. Workouts push you beyond perceived ability without overwhelming you. In addition his knowledge of PT/OT ensures proper form, avoidance of injury and appropriate muscle recovery. Furthermore Kevin is a very good guy who makes the workouts fun. I recommend him without any reservation.

    Pricing varies depending on how many sessions your purchase up front , if you are paying along as you go it's $85 session (fixed rate), Couples are 85$/session (fixed rate) 75$ for all other packages (fixed rate) Unless stated otherwise by me in person

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We talk about the process of your goals and discuss the steps we are going to take in order to get your there , as well as measure exactly where you are now, preparing is major

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Associates in Exercise science , NASM certification, weight loss specialist , FRC mobility specialist, and corrective exercise experience , internships with physical therapists and worked with sports physician chiropractor as an assistant Performance trainer
