I will make you fall in love with moving! Fitness has been a passion of mine my whole life. Certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help build confidence, develop a growth mindset and create enjoyable ways to achieve each person's unique goals. I’m a firm believer in a balanced lifestyle and finding sustainable exercise routines that keep YOU motivated. Pricing:
In person 1:1 training (IN PERSON TRAINING IS ONLY OFFERED AT A FACILITY IN HOBOKEN)
- $80 per 1 hour session
*First session is $40 per 1 hour session to see if it is a right fit. Every session following that is $80*
Small group in person training (3-6 people)
- $70 per 1 hour session
Virtual Training Sessions via Zoom:
- $30 per 45 minute session
Online Coaching:
For those who are comfortable in a gym setting, but need accountability and guidance on their workout program. A 4 week custom workout program tailored to your goals will be provided along with weekly check-ins and unlimited support.

I worked with Jess for just over 8 months and it was a great experience! I lost 26 pounds going from 201 to 175lbs in that span while also gaining muscle and significant strength. My 1RM on the big 3 lifts progressed as follows:
Deadlift: 285lbs > 465lbs
Squat: 225lbs > 335lbs
Bench: 185lbs > 245lbs
When I first started out, having Jess as a coach was great for holding myself accountable and being able to take a lot of the thinking out of my program. Jess was very helpful in getting me to better understand proper form when lifting and how to maintain such form when progressing the weight. Around month 5 I dislocated my shoulder playing mens league soccer (no fault of Jess'). During the month or two of recovery Jess was able to program exercises that allowed me to maintain my strength and activity and actually lost 4 pounds during this time!
After 8 months I am much more knowledgeable and love working out to the point I no longer need the accountability and I couldn't have gotten there without Jess.

Jess created a detailed work out plan for me. She asked me what I was looking to accomplish and tailored the program specifically for my needs. She does a great job of demonstrating exercises and is very patient/helpful if you struggle to get them. If you’re serious about reaching your goals, Jess will get you there.
