We had a great experience with Balcan Builders! Enzo was professional, honest, and very easy to work with from start to finish.
The quality of the work was excellent, and we’re very happy with how our basement turned out. Whenever we had a question or concern, Enzo responded quickly and always took the time to make sure everything was taken care of.
Even after the project was completed, he came back promptly to fix a small issue without hesitation. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.
We really appreciate all of the hard work and would definitely recommend Balcan Builders to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor.

Erkan and his company did a really good job doing contract work for my entire house. In 2-3 months they refinished the floors, added new floors, installed lights, redid the entire kitchen, painted the walls and helped install large appliances. I will probably use them again in the future for other jobs.

I thoroughly vetted this contractor beforehand. My expectations were high and I was greatly impressed as to the level of expertise, dedication and outcome of my bathroom project. It was better than expected. Costs were reasonable and all carried out in a timely fashion. This wasn't an easy run of the mill renovation. I requested that they preserve limestone which literately breaks from breathing on it. My project: Balcan Builders installed new bathtub, quartz, revitalized fixtures, provided new electrical LED lights and rejuvenated existing marble floor tile. I am serious in saying that by pictures you would think my bathroom was all brand new. My bathroom was 20 yrs old and appliances corroded and bathtub needed replacing. I certainly will be using him for more projects. Thank you Enzo and "contracting dream team" for making me a "architectural digest" classy bathroom. Anyone wanting to learn more, feel free to reach out to me. Highly recommend this contractor!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Estimate, Free 3D Architectural Visual Look of the work in where you get to customize color and design and get a full picture oh how,example: your bathroom will look. Pre construction, post construction(Final Step).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do general contracting, we have over 10 highly crafted employees that can perform any job wether it be commercial or residential.
