He is a very competent, honest & knowledgeable authority when it comes to repairing printers. I thought after buying my laser printer from Costco, am I just about to toss it into the garbage since HP repair since to be foreign to these HP dealers and the computer shops around that charge you an arm and a leg you’re better off just buying a new one. Not until we got lucky to discover Benjamin Sar, a nice human being who still has the patience to fix hard-earned purchased laser printers esp in America for us immigrants turned US citizens who are used to repairs back home instead of just buying and replacing and tossing into the garbage the American way."See more
