- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
customers should know my pricing may seem a bit on the low side. However that's beneficial to them, whereby they would have more finances to take care of other responsibilities. I'm professionally fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am one for listening to my clients and seeing what best suits them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i successfully completed 3 apprenticeships: plumbing, electrical and building maintenance. I have a degree in Behavioral Psychology, I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds. I have over 70 certifications in: business management, project & property management, contract management, Excel, Microsoft Word, etc. One of my best certifications is in public relations.
