- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price-wise, nothing is written in stone and all prices are negotiable. I realize that budgets vary greatly and so do my rates. The only flat rates are the occasional base charge to cover transportation costs if I should have to travel in from far away. Outside of that, you and I can always work out an agreement that we deem to be mutually fair. In other words, WE CAN DO THIS!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers can call my service number. Once we're in contact, you'll have my personal cell phone number. You can call either number 24/7 but my personal number I answer no matter what time of day or night. I have done emergency assignments in the middle of the night at no extra charge so feel free to call anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Essentially, I have my father's natural mechanical aptitude (it's in our DNA) and, of course, he taught me lots of specific things at which I excel today. The rest is just decades of experience and researching I've done over the years on my own. After all, I was repairing my own mechanical toys by the time I was 10!
