David has been very helpful with the maintenance and various upgrades in my building for the past year. With multiple tenants that have been nervous about letting strangers into their apartment during the pandemic, he has put them on ease with his professional and courteous service while being very sanitary and clean in their homes. We recently had to relocate during the pandemic and were quite nervous about letting any additional people into our new apartment. But after the move we needed paint repairs, closet modifications and some other various work done. We are so glad that we found Simple Renovations. They are professional, clean and sanitary, and will certainly continue to be our go-to company.

I can’t say enough good things about David with Simple Renovations. He did a fantastic job renovating two apartments and my building. The kitchens and bathrooms are beautiful and everything was done well. He continues to help me maintain the building and can fix just about anything. He’s very honest and trustworthy, and being an elderly homeowner, that is very important to me.
