Working With Manuel is always such a pleasure. He is a natural healer ! Got rid of so many of the knots and tensions I had built up. Over the years I played Violin and being in one tense position for too long can be very harmful. Thanks to Manuel, he taught me so many exercises I can do at home on my own too. He doesn’t just heal you, he also leaves you knowing your body so much more than you ever thought possible. Knowledge and healing all in one. What more could I ask for !!
