Hello! My name is Andrea and I am a NASM certified personal trainer, stretch therapist, and yoga teacher based in Jersey City! I am originally from Olathe, KS and moved to the east coast in 2021. I offer functional training, assisted stretching, and yoga to all of my clients. Take advantage of one modality or all three! I have experience working with people of all ages and abilities and offer in-person and virtual sessions for clients.
