Hi, I am Austin! I am a certified Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Manual Therapist, and Performance Coach. I am a recent graduate with a BS in Athletic Training and have multiple certifications in the fitness industry and have worked with all populations including; youth, prenatal/postnatal, geriatric, athletes, couples, overweight individuals, and everyone in-between. I have committed myself and my business to the gold standard in fitness and value creating relationships with my clients. More importantly, I will work with you to achieve your desired physical and mental goals! GENESIS TRAINING IS A FITNESS COMPANY LOCATED IN JERSEY CITY THAT AIMS TO PIONEER A BETTER WAY OF LIVING THROUGH UNITING AND STRENGTHENING THE MIND AND BODY. OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER OTHERS TO STAY MOTIVATED AND EXCITED ABOUT FITNESS WHEN WORK AND LIFE ARE NON-STOP. WE PROVIDE IN-PERSON TRAINING, ON-DEMAND TRAINING, NUTRITION GUIDANCE, AND ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING TO OUR CLIENTS. OUR 3 PILLAR BIOMETRIC REMODELING SYSTEM APPROACH HAS BECOME THE GOLD STANDARD IN FITNESS BECAUSE WE BELIEVE IN A WELL ROUNDED APPROACH TO YOR HEALTH. WE JUST OPENED UP AN OFFICE IN THE BRUNSWICK CENTER IN JERSEY CITY AND TRAIN OUT OF A COMPLETELY PRIVATE LUXURY FITNESS STUDIO.
