Jon M. says, "I had 2 TV mounts placed up in my apartment and they were mounted perfectly level and at the height I wanted. He also helped us figure out the best placement before drilling. I only had 3 issues:
1) There were a few mount accessories (such as the plastic adjustment handles) that were not placed on my mount that I had to attach myself the next day. I also had a sound bar mount he connected to the TV which I later realized one side was attached upside down and I had to fix myself.
2) Punctuality: Originally my appointment was for 2pm. It was then requested to move it up to 12pm. I was fine with that as it was requested of me to reschedule to an earlier time a couple of days before the appointment. On the day of the appointment he did not arrive until almost 6pm due to another job far from my location running late. He kept in touch to update me on the schedule and offered to come the next day, however I already had plans the next day and as a result had to stick around the house until past 6pm to be available for his arrival.
3) One of TVs being mounted was 85 inches large and weighed 125lbs. I mentioned this ahead of time and assumed 2 people would be arriving. Instead only one came which resulted in my wife and I having to assist in raising and balancing the TV. Considering that I was paying for the mounting I expected my wife and I to not have to be physically involved with the process.
With that said he was polite, brought the correct tools (including a brand new stud finder) and was flexible on the cost; especially since I had 2 TVs I needed mounted. They were both mounted level, at the correct height, and secured to the wall studs which was the most important part."See more
