FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Fees are paid monthly, at the first lesson of every month. • Cash is the preferred method of payment. • Cancellations are allowed up to the night before the lesson. Lessons cancelled on the day of will not be refunded. I apologize for the inconvenience but I usually spend time preparing for lessons each day, so by the day of the lesson, I would’ve already spent time on the student’s lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• The first lesson will be a “trial” lesson where we get to know each other. Trial lessons are charged at the same rate as regular lessons. • The student should bring whatever they are currently working on. To avoid an inaccurate assessment of the student’s level, try to practice the pieces beforehand. • Feel free to ask me any questions via text/phone call/email before scheduling the first meeting!
