- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Customer receives Thumbtack quote. 2) If a customer likes our pricing and what we offer, then we proceed with the date's reservation. The customer must provide the following information via email: full name, email address, phone number, event's location, event's starting and ending time. 3) Once all necessary information is received we proceed with the contract's creation. 4) The contract is sent via email and has a Pay Now Button 5) The customer is to pay 50% down in order to secure his/her booking. The balance is due upon completion of services the day of your event.
