Thomas and his company prime was absolutely excellent. In every way first he was thoughtful and gave me a free estimate which was a sacrifice to come drive to my house and do that his price was more than fair. Actually it was an incredible value for the kind of work he does which is quality he was so impressive. I gave him a second job to do and he did it without hesitation, and then when he found out, I bought the wrong lock for the sliding door. He went all the way to Home Depot to get the correct one so the job would be done correctly. I am more than happy with the service that he rendered and I will call him again to do other jobs anyone reading this would be wise to contact him before they speak to anyone else thank you. I initially wrote a positive review because of the fast response and service. However, a few weeks later, the door they supposedly fixed broke again. When another technician came to repair it, they said the part had never been replaced. I was charged for replacing a door part that was never replaced.
