Great experience. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and replaced the shutoff valve and fill valves quickly. Everything was tested before he left, and the toilets are working perfectly with no leaks. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions throughout the job. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with me on the final price. I would definitely hire him again for future plumbing work.

It was a pleasure to have Martin perform my plumbing needs-- change my corroding main waterline shutoff valve. He was prompt in responding to my inquiry. He came and was willing to wait approximately 1 hr for Veolia to come and turn off the line at the curb (they ended up not coming because of an emergency somewhere). He came the following morning and performed the service in a neat, professional manner. In addition, he did a great service for me by recommending and installing an instant hot water recirculating pump. Overall, I am very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again.

Martin called me 10 minutes after I submitted my request and arrived on-site 15 minutes later—despite it being a Sunday. This is the second time I’ve hired a company for this service, so I have a basis for comparison. Martin used a high-pressure water system for cleaning, along with a camera, to ensure the entire pipe was completely cleared of roots. This cost only $200 more than when I had the cleaning done previously using the old method—without a camera or water.
