They came out on time and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process The only problem was they are contractors and I wanted a refrigerator move The broke the drawers and scratched the fridge terribly They could not get it where it need to be and they had to go to home depot to get tools to get the fridge into the apartment I pray it still works
